COILTRON - No-Rinse Coil Renovator
DESCRIPTION: Self-rising Coiltron renovates air conditioning chiller and cooler coils utilizing netural condensation action to flush away efficiency robbing particles such as soil, grease, lint and other accumulations.
 
APPLICATIONS: Coiltron can be used to clean coils indoors and out. As it can be used as a non-rinsing product, Coiltron is widely used as a coil renovator and filter adhesive for cooling coils in wall units and remote cooling units in ceiling as well as refrigeration chiller coils.

COILTRON - No-Rinse Coil Renovator

  • DIRECTIONS FOR USE

    ----------------------------

    Air Conditioning Cooling Coils:

    1. Dilute 1 part Coiltron with 3 parts water
    2. Spray directly onto finned coils making sure the mixture penetrates all areas
    3. Turn unit on allowing normal cycling to create condensation on cooler coils and fins. This action will carry Coiltron and accumulated soils into condensation pan
    4. If faster cleaning is desired, Coiltron may be rinsed after 5 minutes penetration of soils and foreign matter on coils and fins

     

    Permanent type Filters:

    1. Dilute 1 part Coiltron with 3 parts water
    2. After cleaning, rinse filters in plain water

     

    Filter Adhesive:

    1. Use Coiltron undiluted
    2. Spray or dip method works equally well. Inhibitors prevent corrosion of metal frames and filters
