What are your delivery options?
All Solidaire orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. All other product orders placed through our office will be packaged and delivered by us within 72 hours - O'ahu based companies. Outer island deliveries will vary on size of shipment. Our friendly office staff can assist you with more information.
How do I track my order?
A USPS Priority Mail tracking number will be provided for all Solidaire orders. All other orders are packaged and delivered by a member of our staff within 72 hours of the initial order placement - O'ahu based companies.
Do you provide International delivery?
At the time we do not ship Internationally. We currently ship Solidaire within the 50 states. All other products are sold exclusively to Big Island, Kaua'i, Maui and O'ahu.
What is your returns policy?
For any reason you are dissatisfied with your product purchase, please return within a 60-day period and we will gladly refund you the initial cost of that product.
