Pre-Cleaning Preparations
- Test delicate fabrics or materials in an inconspicuous area prior to full area application
- Xtract can be used either as a pre-spray prior to extraction or directly in a carpet extraction solution tank
Use as a Pre-Spray Prior to Extraction
- Light Soiling: 3-6 ounces of Xtract per 1 gallon of cold water
- Moderate Soiling: 6-8 ounces of Xtract per 1 gallon of cold water
- Heavy Soiling: 9-12 ounces of Xtract per 1 gallon of cold water
Use in a Carpet Extraction Solution Tank
- Light Soiling: 1-2 ounces of Xtract per 1 gallon of cold water
- Moderate Soiling: 2-3 ounces of Xtract per 1 gallon of cold water
- Heavy Soiling: 3-4 ounces of Xtract per 1 gallon of cold water
NOTE: After application and carpet dries, vacuum thoroughly to remove potential cleaner residue
